Well I have to say my first word here would be "NEW." I am just starting out and have decided to jump in feet first. I want to get to know photography and the only way to do that is to do it hands on. Here are a few pictures I took this last weekend with my daughter and her "new" lollipop. She thinks those are the most amazing things ever. Please let me know how they are, I tried hard on these. I am going to go ahead and start taking pictures of things that dont move around so I can get to know my camera and its functions more. Thanks Kristi.

Very cute pictures. Yes non moving targets are easier to learn on but you did a great job here. I am new the the POTD stuff also, and it is fun..
