Tonight I was reading up on several things, and one was the weekly challenge they also have on 2peas. This week was composition. I reasd the lesson and took a look into what I was doing. I grabbed the camera and I took this photo of my DD. The weekly challenge had many points, and one of them was to fill the frame. This is what I was trying to accomplish. This photo is SOOC. Then I used phaunts "sunshine in my hands" action to lighten it up (look at those eyes, eveyday they are a different color. I did not enhance them at all in PS). Is this what filling the frame is about? It looks like too much to me. I guess maybe a different angle or a different expression may have helped. I also took notice to my aperature due to this weeks POTD theme. Putting all this together, how does this look? the settings were 1/60 f/4.0 and iso 400. Thank you for your CC.

I'd say that's definitely filling the frame. If you think it's too close, just back up a couple of steps to get the ears in (I like kids ears)

One of the things I've read about filling a frame with a face is that it's okay to cut off the top of a head because our brain can fill that part of the image in, but not to cut off a chin. Your photo does that.
